Question: I have had a QuickBooks Online account for a few months to play with and see how I liked it, but I was told I could not send data from my QB Premier file into that QBO after 60 days. Is that true?
Answer: Yes, it is true. Once you have had a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account for longer than 60 days, you may not migrate a QB Desktop file (Pro or Premier) into that QBO account. Keep in mind that a 30-day trial counts in that 60 days.
You may have to subscribe to another QBO account and start over. If you do this, the data, settings, etc. you entered in your initial QBO account will not be in the new QBO account unless you recreate it.
